Following the celebration of their 40th anniversary, Kailis Australian Pearls were preparing to move their flagship Perth store to Raine Square. After extensive research and planning, it was identified Kailis needed to revitalise and strengthen their brand ready for the new boutique launch. The focus: to reposition as ‘Kailis Jewellery’; and to deliver a more cohesive customer experience, across every brand touchpoint.
With a brand blueprint in place, we helped Kailis refine, refresh and relaunch their brand. Creating a more refined, consistent and unique luxury brand experience. From campaign collateral to corporate communications. From packaging to POS. Transforming the Kailis brand perception and relaunching a West Australian icon.
Reflecting the naturally exquisite qualities of the Australian South Sea pearl, the identity refresh positions Kailis as an exclusive, contemporary brand. A brand that better aligns with customer expectation; and who Kailis intrinsically are.
